About Us

Strong Bats are created by taking the hardest maple logs in Pennsylvania, New York, and New England and hand selecting which logs will make the strongest wooden baseball bats.  The logs are dried to optimum moisture content to ensure the maple is the strongest and most durable it can be.  Once cut down to dowels, the dowels are hand selected for whatever baseball bat model will fit it best depending on weight distribution.  Once cut, the bat is machine sanded, hand sanded and looked over one final time to make sure it is made to Strong Bat standards.

As you can tell by scrolling through our site, we are offering top line ash and maple baseball bats at ridiculous prices.  There are companies currently charging almost 2 times what we are and they want you to believe that you are getting the same bats the big leaguers are swinging.  Am I promising that you are getting "Big League Wood?"  No, I'm not, but I am promising that the quality of my wood bats is professional grade.  I can make this promise because I have used these bats at the professional level while in the Minor Leagues.  There is no "over drying" just to meet quotas, every Strong Bat that is purchased goes through the same strict process  of being hand selected for what ever model the custom bat is going to become.  I'm shaking things up and I want you to take advantage of it!
