Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Currently, Strong Bat shipping is set up for the United States only.  If you are international, email me at john@strongbats.com to get a personalized shipping rate.  Strong Bats uses USPS and FedEx as our shipping services.

Because of the strict wood selection process, orders usually range from 15-25 business days to arrive.  You will receive an email with a confirmation number so you can track the status of your order.  If you register as a customer of our site, you can log in and check the status at anytime.

The baseball season is the busiest time of our year, and orders may take 3-4 weeks to come through.  Please keep this in mind as you are ordering from the finest selection of wood.


Returns Policy

Because your bats are ordered specific to your wants, we will only accept returns on items that are not as you ordered.  These MUST be in the same condition as when they were received.  

We will not accept returns on altered or used bats under any conditions. 

If there is an issue with your order contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). We will provide you with information on returning the product and refunds or exchanges.
